The Mobile G4 conforms to the following British and European compliancy testing.
- Automotive ‘E’ Mark (95\54\EC) approval – Passed
- European ‘CE’ Mark approval – Passed
As the Mobile G4 is a full in car computer it is easily upgradable so you can install Microsoft Windows Vista on it if you wish, or add more functionality by installing software upgrades without visiting a garage.
You can also install your own Microsoft Windows supported software as the Mobile G4 is a full 32 bit x86 personal computer.
Connecting to your wireless network and synchronizing all audio, video and excel spreadsheets with your home computer before you turn the ignition off.
This is just some of the possibilities with the Mobile G4!
Plus we are always working on new features, we are currently working on Vehicle Tracking, Vehicle Job Dispatch systems, Auto Synchronisation and Engine remapping also gaming etc the list does go on. There is also a SDK for the software so people can also develop their own plugins.
As new technology comes out then you do not need to buy another double din machine to get these new features, just upgrade the software!
